Marilyn Adan is a highly experienced specialist in shepherding corporate transactions from due diligence through to product and team integration and beyond. Marilyn has worked on 50-plus deals to date as both a corporate operator and a senior management consultant, in every size (<$1M->$5B), type (acquisitions, divestments, spinouts, etc.), and complexity (acqui-hire to multi-way divestments involving thousands of employees). Marilyn’s focus on a complete understanding of the people, expectations, and processes behind each deal optimizes success at every phase and for all stakeholders.
Background
Marilyn has more than 17 years of experience in corporate business development, M&A integration, and management consulting. She also has experience in physical chip design and high-volume electronics manufacturing. Her formal education includes both Masters and Bachelors degrees in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University, and has extensive background in semiconductor EDA product marketing and applications consulting. Marilyn is actively involved in mentorship of students and young professionals, as a regional board member for CareerSpring.
